Our Classes
Our classes are designed to educate you on how to adapt, modify, and expand on your practice, at your individual level.
Each class builds on and compliments each other, with each one having a different focus, a different skill set to teach, and a different way for you to explore movement.
A unique feature of all of our Flow classes is our “Modification Flow” which was created to show different options for postures that might be less accessible later in class, different ways to modify postures for different abilities, body shapes and sizes, and options for how to make postures wrist or knee free. This flow shows how modifying postures is not about making them easier, but about serving a different goal.
Foundations Flow
An all abilities yoga class inspired by traditional vinyasa sequencing. This class is designed to be accessible with many options given, but still challenging. Perfect for someone who is brand new to yoga, but does not feel physically limited in movement, or someone who has been practicing for a long time and is craving a slower practice with a focus on strengthening their foundations and transitions.
Flows will be built with the foundational asanas and common modifications and variations of those poses.
Expansions Flow
A strength and balanced based flow class. Faster paced class with variations and a little flare built around the foundational poses, as well as intelligently designed strength based postures used to support and strengthen joints and muscles whether your goals are to twist into a pretzel, set a new P.R. at the gym, or never relate to your friends who complain about back pain.
Elevations Flow
A flow class with arm balances, binds, and inversions built in, broken down, and taught in detail. Though most of the class will be vinyasa inspired, there will be moments of workshop to pause and learn some of the how to’s of these parts of the practice. This class is perfect for someone who is wanting to add in these layers, and feels confident in the ways they can modify their postures.
Beat Based Flow
A musically driven flow! This flow is most related to our “expansions” class when it comes to pace and knowledge, but focusing more on the strength aspects of the flow vs. the parts that are designed to prepare for arm balances, binds, or inversions. This class includes options for cardio as well as jumping movements, so extra intention is used to prep bodies.
Yoga For Every BODY
This class is for everyone who has ever said “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga” or has worried that their bodies won’t fit in the poses because of ability, body shape, or body size, or that they will have to get up and down from the floor.
This class is designed to create CONFIDENCE by focusing on pose variations for all body shapes, sizes, and abilities, whether you are new to yoga, new to movement, or returning to movement.
While these props and pose variations are also HIGHLY encouraged and offered in our classes, they are the main focus of this one.
Yin Inspired Recover and Restore
“Yin” is the energy of receiving, and after spending your days giving so much this is a place to slow down, be gentle, breathe deep, and let your nervous system unwind. Each class will be made up of breath work, gentle flow inspired mat work, and Yin inspired sequences with props to create comfortable and accessible pose variations that will be held for longer. This class is about taking space, sharing space, and holding space.
Beginners Workshop
This workshop is perfect for the new to yoga students or students who have stepped away from their practice and want to return with a solid foundation.
In this workshop, will receive a thorough introduction to many essential yoga poses in the company of other new yogi’s!
The Beginning Yoga Workshop will provide hands on instruction with additional time included for individual modifications, questions and assistance with proper alignment of the poses.

Infrared Heated Classes
Yes, we offer heated classes too! Infrared yoga checks all the right boxes when it comes to holistic health. This type of heat transfers warmth to the body gently, increasing circulation, providing pain relief, increasing flexibility, encouraging relaxation, and strengthening cardiovascular health. It delivers the physical and mental aspects benefits of a regular yoga class but amplifies the physical detox aspect, ensuring an intense sweat!
